光と喜びと安らぎが私の中に住んでいます。
Light and joy and peace abide in me.

        私は光と喜びと安らぎの家です。
        I am the home of light and joy and peace.
        私は「神」と共有する家の中へとそれらを歓迎します。
        なぜなら、私は「神」の一部だからです。
        I welcome them into the home I share with God, because I am a part of Him.

私は「神」が私を創造されたままです。
I am as God created me.

        私は、「神自身」と同じように「不変性」によって創造されたように、永遠にあり続けます。
        I will remain forever as I was, created by the Changeless like Himself.
        そして、私は「神」と一つであり、「神」は私と一つです。
        And I am one with Him, and He with me.


毎時： 光と喜びと安らぎが私の中に住んでいます。
On the hour: Light and joy and peace abide in me.
毎時の３０分後： 私は「神」が私を創造されたままです。
On the half hour: I am as God created me.
