神は私がどこに行こうとも私と共に在ります。
God goes with me wherever I go.
「神」がいかなる時も常に私と共に在るのに、私が一人であるということがあり得るでしょうか。
How can I be alone when God always goes with me?
完璧な確実性が「神」の中にあるというのに、いったいどうして私が自分自身について疑いを抱き、不安になったりすることがあり得るでしょうか。
How can I be doubtful and unsure of myself when perfect certainty abides in Him?
「神」が絶対的な安らぎの中で私の中に休息しているというのに、私が何かによって心をかき乱されることなどあり得るでしょうか。
How can I be disturbed by anything when He rests in me in absolute peace?
愛と喜びが「神」を通じて私を取り囲んでいるというのに、いったいどうして苦しむことができるでしょうか。
How can I suffer when love and joy surround me through Him?
私は、自分自身についての（自我が作った）幻想を大切にすることのないようにしたいと思います。
Let me not cherish illusions about myself.
私が行くところであればどこにでも「神」が在るので、完璧（な内なる安らぎ）があります。
I am perfect because God goes with me wherever I go.

神は私の強さです。ヴィジョンは神の贈り物です。
God is my strength. Vision is His gift.
今日は、見るために私自身の（自我から来る肉体の）目に頼らせないでください。
Let me not look to my own eyes to see today.
『私が』見ているという哀れな（自我の）幻想を、「神」によって与えられているヴィジョンと交換する気持ちを私に持たせてください。
Let me be willing to exchange my pitiful illusion of seeing for the vision that is given by God.
「聖霊」のヴィジョンが「神」の贈り物であり、「神」はそれを私に与えてくれたのです。
Christ's vision is His gift, and He has given it to me.
今日という日が永遠を私が理解する助けとなるように、今日はこの贈り物に助けを求めさせてください。
Let me call upon this gift today, so that this day may help me to understand eternity.
(43)
神は私の源です。私は神から離れては見ることはできません。
God is my Source. I cannot see apart from Him.
「神」が私に観てほしいと望んでいることを私は観ることができます。
I can see what God wants me to see.
私にはそれ以外のものは何も見ることはできません。
I cannot see anything else.
「神の意志」でないところには（自我の）幻想が横たわっているだけです。
Beyond His Will lie only illusions.
私が「神」から離れて見ることができると思うときに私が選択するのはこれらの（自我の）幻想です。
It is these I choose when I think I can see apart from Him.
私が（自我の象徴である）肉体の目を通じて見ようとするときに選択するのはこれらの（自我の）幻想です。
It is these I choose when I try to see through the body's eyes.
しかし、「聖霊」のヴィジョンがそれらの（自我の）幻想に代わるものとして私に与えられています。
Yet the vision of Christ has been given me to replace them.
このヴィジョンを通じて私は観るという選択をします。
It is through this vision that I choose to see.

神は光であり、その光の中で私は見ます。
God is the light in which I see.
私は（自我の）暗闇の中では観ることはできません。
I cannot see in darkness.
「神」が唯一の光です。
God is the only light.
したがって、私が真に観ることができるとすれば、「神」を通して観なければなりません。
Therefore, if I am to see, it must be through Him.
私は見るとはどのようなことであるかを定義しようとしてきましたが、間違っていました。
I have tried to define what seeing is, and I have been wrong.
今、「神」は光であり、その光の中で私は観るという理解を私は与えられました。
Now it is given me to understand that God is the light in which I see.
私にヴィジョンを歓迎させてください。
そうすれば、ヴィジョンは私に幸せな世界を観せてくれるでしょう。
Let me welcome vision and the happy world it will show me.

神は意識そのものであり、その意識で私は考えます。
God is the Mind with which I think.
私には「神」と分かち合っていない思いは（本来）ありません。
I have no thoughts I do not share with God.
私には「神」を離れた思いは（本質的に）ありません。
なぜなら、私には「神の意識」を離れた意識はないからです。
I have no thoughts apart from Him, because I have no mind apart from His.
「神の意識」の一部としての私の思いは「神の思い」であり、「神の思い」は私の思いです。
As part of His Mind, my thoughts are His and His Thoughts are mine.
