今日はこれらの見方の復習をしましょう。
Today let us review these ideas:

私は、私が見ている世界の犠牲者ではありません。
I am not the victim of the world I see.
私がそうすることを選択さえすれば完全に解除できる（自我の幻想が作った）世界の犠牲者であることがいったいあり得るでしょうか。
How can I be the victim of a world that can be completely undone if I so choose?
私の（自我の）鎖は緩められています。
My chains are loosened.
ただそのように願うだけで（その自我の）鎖を外すことができます。
I can drop them off merely by desiring to do so.
牢獄のドアは開いています。
The prison door is open.
そのドアから歩いて出るだけで（自我の）牢獄を後にすることができます。
I can leave simply by walking out.
いかなるものも私をこの世界に拘束しているわけではありません。
Nothing holds me in this world.
ここにとどまりたいという私の願望だけが私を囚人にしているのです。
Only my wish to stay keeps me a prisoner.
私は狂気の願望を放棄して、ついに太陽の光の中へと歩いていきたいと思います。
I would give up my insane wishes and walk into the sunlight at last.

私は、私が見ているこの世界を作り上げました。
I have invented the world I see.
私は私自身をその中に見ている牢獄を作り上げました。
I made up the prison in which I see myself.
私がする必要のあることはこれを認識するだけです。そうすれば、私は自由の身です。
All I need do is recognize this and I am free.
私は自分自身をだまして「神の子」を牢獄に入れることが可能であると信じこませたのでした。
I have deluded myself into believing it is possible to imprison the Son of God.
私はこの信念において苦々しくも裏切られましたが、今ではもうその信念を望みません。
I was bitterly mistaken in this belief, which I no longer want.
「神の子」は永遠に自由でなければなりません。
The Son of God must be forever free.
「神の子」は「神」が創造されたものとしてあり、私が作ろうとするものではありません。
He is as God created him, and not what I would make of him.
「神の子」は「神」が望まれる場所にいるのであって、私が私を囚人として拘束しておこうと思った場所にいるのではありません。
He is where God would have him be, and not where I thought to hold him prisoner.

この世界を見るための別な方法があります。
There is another way of looking at the world.
この世界の（本当の）目的は私がこの世界に勝手に決めつけたものではないので、この世界を見るための別の方法があるに違いありません。
Since the purpose of the world is not the one I ascribed to it, there must be another way of looking at it.
私はすべてのものを逆さに見ており、私の思いは真実の正反対です。
I see everything upside down, and my thoughts are the opposite of truth.
私はこの世界を「神の子」の牢獄として見ています。
I see the world as a prison for God's Son.
したがって、この世界は実は「神の子」が解放され得る場所であるに違いないということになります。
It must be, then, that the world is really a place where he can be set free.
私はこの世界をありのままに観たいと思います。
そして、この世界を「神の子」が自らの自由を発見する場所であると見なしたいと思います。
I would look upon the world as it is, and see it as a place where the Son of God finds his freedom.

私はこれを見る代わりに安らぎを見ることができます。
I could see peace instead of this.
この世界を自由の場所であると見るとき、この世界が従うようにと私が作り上げた規則の代わりに、この世界は「神」の法則を反映していることが分かります。
When I see the world as a place of freedom, I realize that it reflects the laws of God instead of the rules I made up for it to obey.
私は、攻撃（や戦い）ではなく安らぎがその中に住んでいることを理解するでしょう。
I will understand that peace, not war, abides in it.
そして、安らぎはまたこの場所を私と共有するすべての人たちのハートの中にも住んでいることを知覚するでしょう。
And I will perceive that peace also abides in the hearts of all who share this place with me.

私の意識は「神の意識」の一部です。私はとても神聖です。
My mind is part of God's. I am very holy.
この世界の安らぎを私の兄弟たちと共有するとき、私はこの安らぎが私自身の深い内面からやってくることを理解し始めます。
As I share the peace of the world with my brothers, I begin to understand that this peace comes from deep within myself.
私が見る世界が私のゆるしの光を帯びて、私に向けてゆるしの光を輝かせて返してくれます。
The world I look upon has taken on the light of my forgiveness, and shines forgiveness back at me.
私はこの光の中に、私自身についての私の幻想が隠し続けてきたものを見始めます。
In this light I begin to see what my illusions about myself kept hidden.
私は私自身を含めた生きとし生けるもののすべての神聖性と、それらと私の一体性を理解し始めます。
I begin to understand the holiness of all living things, including myself, and their oneness with me.
